- The Kingdom of Lesotho has received financing from the African Development Fund toward the cost of the e-Government Infrastructure Project Phase II and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Installation of IFMIS Servers for the Government of Lesotho.
- The Ministry of Information Communications, Science Technology and Innovation now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of IFMIS Servers for the Government of Lesotho.
- Bidding will be conducted through the Open Competitive Bidding International (OCBI) method as specified in the Bank’s Procurement Policy for Bank Funded Operations, dated October 2015, and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Framework.
- The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of LSL 400 or equivalent in any freely convertible currency. The method of payment will be cash at the Accounts Office at Level 3 Moposo Building or direct deposit in the Bank account. Details of the Bank account can be requested from the email address below.

On or before 07 April 2026 at 10:00 hrs. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened the same day at 10:05 hrs in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address above. - All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of LSL 90,000.00 or equivalent in USD.
- Attention is drawn to the Procurement Framework requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
- Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the e-Government Infrastructure Phase II Project and inspect the bidding document during office hours (08:00 hrs to 16:00 hrs) at the address given below:
