REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS FOR SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF CONFERENCING EQUIPMENT
The Ministry of Finance and Development Planning – Project Management Unit has received funding from the Government and the Global Fund for the fight against HIV and AIDS, Tuberculosis and Covid-19 in Lesotho. Part of the proceeds will be used to pay for the procurement of Conferencing equipment for Health Centres. The equipment will be used for virtual sessions in the Clinical Mentoring-Virtual Consultation Overview.
Suppliers are invited to submit the most favourable quotation for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Conferencing equipment:

1. Requirements
a. Valid relevant Traders License/Business Identity card.
b. Valid relevant Tax Clearance Certificate.
c. VAT Registration Certificate where applicable.
2. Quotation Price with clear breakdown for each costed item
The bid price shall be for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Conferencing equipment as per Specification indicated under Annexure I and II.
Prices quoted for goods to be supplied from within the country or abroad shall be Delivery Duty Paid (DDP).
3. Delivery
Delivery is expected within a maximum of four (4) weeks.

6. Labelling of Quotations
Quotations MUST be clearly labelled:
“Supply, Delivery and Installation of Conferencing equipment”
7. Submission of Quotations
Quotations MUST be deposited in the Quotation box situated at the reception area at the address below on or before:
27th November 2025 at 12:00 hrs

PMU is not bound to award the contract to quotations with the lowest price or any price. PMU reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations and/or cancel this procurement process at any time prior to contract award if the circumstances so require.
