Lerotholi Polytechnic invites eligible and experienced vendors to submit sealed bids for the supply, delivery and installation of 19 air conditioners at Lerotholi Polytechnic Main Campus, Maseru.
Scope of Works
The successful bidder shall be responsible for:
• Supply of air-conditioning units in accordance with the required specifications.
• Delivery to Lerotholi Polytechnic Main Campus, UNIPOD Building.
• Installation, testing and commissioning of the units.
• Provision of all necessary installation materials and accessories.
• Electrical connections associated with the installation.
• Demonstration and handover of the installed systems.
• Provision of warranties, manuals, remote controls and other relevant documentation.
Bid Requirements
Bidders must meet all conditions indicated below, failure to comply with which will result in disqualification:
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Valid Traders Licence.
• VAT registration certificate, where applicable.
• Company Profile.
• Three (3) references where similar assignments were undertaken and should specify full names of client companies, contact person(s), email addresses and telephone numbers.
• Late submissions will not be accepted.
• Compulsory site visit will be conducted on Tuesday, 14 September 2026 at 10:00 am.
Submission of Bids
Completed tender documents, consisting of 1 original and 4 copies, must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked:
