4. Mandatory Requirements
- Valid Trader’s License / Business Identity Card
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
- Completed and signed Bona Fide Certificate with total cost
- Bid Security of M260,000.00 (valid for 3 months, issued by a bank)
- Manufacturing Authorization Letter (signed, stamped, on business letterhead)
- VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable)
- Two recent reference letters (Purchase Orders or Contracts from 2023–2024 and 2022–2023)
- Original bidding document and four copies
- Price quoted in Maloti currency, VAT inclusive
- Access to credit facilities of 70% of quoted price (from a bank)
- Three envelopes:
- Outer envelope: “Supply, Delivery and Assembling of Hardware Servers”
- Inner envelope 1: “Technical Bid” (original + 4 copies)
- Inner envelope 2: “Financial Bid” (original + 4 copies)
