Supply, Delivery and Assembly of Office Furniture
Reference: RF/2025/G02
1. Background and Requirements
The Road Fund Secretariat requests submissions from suitably qualified locally registered suppliers with the capacity to supply, deliver, and assemble office furniture in accordance with the following specifications:

Bidders may bid for one lot, any combination of lots, or all lots.
Requirements:
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate and Trader’s License must be submitted
- Delivery must be completed within six (6) weeks from receipt of the official purchase order

4. Submission Details
Sealed bids clearly marked:

(bearing no identification of the bidder) must be deposited in the tender box located at the Road Fund reception area.
Deadline: Friday, 26th September 2025 at 15:00 hrs
Opening: Same day at 15:15 hrs
