The Rural Electrification Unit (REU) has allocated funds for the supply of materials and installation of single-phase prepaid split meter systems, inclusive of pole-mounted meter boxes, 7m wooden poles, and the supply of 200kVA dual-phase SWER Isolation Transformers with surge arresters for the following lots:

Eligible bidders are invited to submit sealed bids for one or both lots. Bids for multiple lots must be submitted separately and clearly marked with the respective lot number.
Eligibility
Bidding will be conducted through Open National Competitive Tendering in accordance with the Public Procurement Act and is open to all eligible bidders.
Tender Document Purchase
The bidding document has been prepared in English and will be shared with all LEC Category A Contractors.
A non-refundable fee of LSL 3,000.00 is payable for the bidding document.

- Completed Price Schedule for Goods and Related Services, including a written commitment that the bid price shall remain valid for ninety (90) days from the bid closing date.

- Valid Trading Licence certified at source.

- Proof of registration with the Lesotho Ministry of Finance (IFMIS), or a declaration confirming willingness to register upon award of the contract.
