INVITATION FOR TENDER
SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF FIRE DETECTION AND SUPPRESSION SYSTEM FOR SERVER ROOM
1. Introduction
The Lesotho Communications Authority (LCA) invites tenders from local companies for the supply and installation of a fire detection and suppression system for the Authority’s server room.
2. Submission Details
All sealed tender envelopes must be clearly marked:
“TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF FIRE DETECTION AND SUPPRESSION SYSTEM FOR SERVER ROOM.”
Tenders must be submitted on or before 24 November 2025 at 11:00 hours to the tender box located on the first floor of the LCA Offices.
Late submissions will not be accepted.
3. Tender Opening
Bid documents will be opened on 24 November 2025 at 11:15 hours at the LCA premises.
Interested bidders are invited to attend the bid opening session.
Only one representative per bidder will be allowed to attend.

5. Mandatory Site Visit
A mandatory site visit will take place at the LCA premises, Ha Abia, on 04 November 2025 at 10:00 hours.
Attendance will be recorded, and only bidders who attend the site visit will be considered for evaluation.
