INVITATION TO TENDER
SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF BALTIMORE WALL-TO-WALL CARPET

The Lesotho National Development Corporation (LNDC) invites sealed tenders from qualified and locally registered service providers, for supply and installation of Baltimore Wall-to-Wall Carpet at LNDC Development House, Block A, Level 7 in Maseru, Lesotho.
Tender Documents
Interested and eligible service providers may obtain the tender documents by paying a non-refundable fee of two thousand Maloti (LSL 2,000.00) directly to the LNDC bank account and submitting proof of payment at the Finance Office at LNDC Development House, Block A, Level 6.
Compulsory Site Visit & Pre-Bid Session
A COMPULSORY site visit and pre-bid session (briefing) will be held on:

Time: 14:30 hrs
Venue: LNDC Development House, Block A, Level 2 (Reception Area)
Submission of Tenders
Tenders must be deposited in the tender box situated at the 1st Floor of LNDC Development House, Block A Reception Area on or before:
Thursday, 08th January 2026 at 10:00 hrs (Lesotho Time)
The tender box will be opened publicly immediately thereafter.
Submissions received after the deadline will not be considered.
Mandatory Documents
All tenders must be accompanied by valid copies of:
- traders’ licence
- tax clearance certificate
- proof of authorized signatory
A Margin of Preference will be applicable as per the LNDC Procurement Policy.
