The Lesotho Communications Authority (LCA) invites sealed bids from suitably qualified service providers to bid for the opportunity to Supply and Implement an E‑Procurement System at the LCA office complex located at:

Submission Requirements
- The sealed tender package clearly marked:
“SUPPLY AND IMPLEMENTATION OF E‑PROCUREMENT SYSTEM.” Must be submitted on or before Monday, 08th June 2026 at 11:00 Hours at the LCA Offices (address below).- Late submissions will not be accepted
- Incomplete submissions will be disqualified
