SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TABLETS AND POWER BANKS FOR THE POPULATION AND HOUSING CENSUS (BOS)

1. Introduction
The Ministry of Finance and Development Planning (MFDP), through the Bureau of Statistics (BOS), has been allocated funds by the Government of Lesotho (GOL) for the implementation of the 2026 Population and Housing Census Project. Part of the budget will be applied to the acquisition of tablets and power banks for the census.
The main purpose of the census is to provide government and stakeholders with reliable information on socio‑economic and demographic characteristics of the population, as well as housing characteristics.
2. Availability of Bidding Documents
A complete set of bidding documents in English will be available to interested bidders upon request during office hours (08:00 – 16:30) from 2nd February 2026 until 27th February 2026.

3. Submission of Bids
• Bids must be deposited on or before 3rd March 2026 at 12:00 hrs
• Tender box location: Government Complex Phase 2, Development Planning, 2nd Floor
• Late submissions will be rejected
Tender Opening:
• 3rd March 2026 at 14:30 hours, in the presence of bidders or their representatives
