TENDER NOTICE
Supply and Delivery of Security Services for WASCO
Reference: WASCO/SCM/02/092025
The Water and Sewerage Company (WASCO) invites interested and qualified entities to submit bids for the Supply and Delivery of Security Services for WASCO.
All interested bidders must be in possession of a proven track record and must be licensed for providing services of this nature.
All bidders must attach certified copies of valid Tax Clearance Certificates and Company Registration Licences, as bids without these documents shall be disqualified.
All the Bids shall be sent to bidders by email after paying a stated commitment fee below, and the contacts below shall be utilised for assistance.
Conditions:
- Tender documents shall be available for non-refundable 2,000.00 LSL to all bidders who intend to participate in this tender process through a speed point facility at WASCO Cashiers’ Office (Head Office) or through an EFT at the following account:

- The price quoted in the bid must be in Lesotho Loti and include all applicable taxes and duties.
- The Bids must be submitted in English.
- Tenders received later than the mentioned deadline below and electronic tenders shall not be accepted.
- Detailed tender packaging and labelling requirements in the Request for Bids (RFB) must be adhered to; otherwise, non-adherence shall lead to disqualification.
- The tender process will follow WASCO Procurement Policy.
- Bidders (bidding company directors) must be WASCO services debt-free throughout bidding and duration of the contract; otherwise, non-adherence shall lead to disqualification.
