The Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) invites quotations from suitably qualified interested companies for the supply and delivery of Safety Boots and Freezer Suits.
SPECIFICATIONS
1. Safety Boots – Stylish Lace-Up Work Boot with Supreme Comfort (Men)

- ISO 20345 Classification: S1 – anti-static, energy absorption of seat region, resistance to fuel and oil.
- Slip Resistance Classification SRA/SRB/SRC: SRA – tested for slip resistance in environments of ceramic surface with soapy solutions.

- SABS: SABS approved and mark bearing.

Mandatory Requirements
- The price should be VAT inclusive for suppliers who qualify to collect VAT (attach VAT registration certificate).
- Attach valid relevant Business Identity Card.
- Attach valid copy of Tax Clearance.
- The specifications should be written in full on the quotation.
- Indicate the lead time on the quotation.
- Provide the IBR number.
NB
- Quotation should be on the letterhead or bear the Company’s stamp.
- Price should be quoted in Maloti currency.
- Provide sample pictures for protective clothing.
- IEC is not bound to lowest price.
- Companies are not allowed to use IEC logo without being authorised.
- Payment will be processed after delivery of goods.
- Delivery is made at Central Warehouse next to Wasco Industrial Area, Maseru.
