- The Ministry of Local Government, Chieftainship Home Affairs and Police will receive funds from the Government of Lesotho to be used for the acquisition of Paving Blocks.
- The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above goods.
- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national competitive bidding method contained in the Public Procurement Act and is open to all bidders.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 08:00 a.m. – 16:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday.
- The Bidding document (in English) may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of M500.00 only, payable in cash at Thaba-Tseka Urban Council.
- Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) before 10:00 a.m. on 16/10/2026. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of M27,000.00 of the bid amount. Bid securities or bid securing declarations must be valid until 16/01/2027. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) at 10:30 a.m. on 16/10/2026.
- There shall not be a site visit for interested bidders of paving block.
