Supply and Delivery of Office Furniture

- The Judiciary has been allocated funds by the Government of Lesotho to be used for the acquisition of office furniture.
- The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies.
- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open National Bidding method contained in the Public Procurement Act and is open to all bidders.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address provided under Section 8(a) from 09:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of a written application to the address provided under Section 8(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of M500.00 (Five Hundred Maloti). The method of payment will be cash.
Submission of Bids
- Bids must be delivered to the address provided under Section 8(c) at or before:
26th June 2026 at 10:00 AM (Local Time)
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of:
M52,798.00
Bid securities must be valid until:
30th October 2026
Late bids shall be rejected.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address provided under Section 8(d) at:
