Tender Title
Supply and Delivery of Office and Non-office Equipment for LPS – LPS/310/O/GD/2026/27/01
Background
- The Ministry of Information, Communications, Science, Technology and Innovation (MICSTI), through Lesotho Postal Services (LPS), has received funds from the Government of Lesotho (GOL) to be used for the acquisition of office and non-office equipment for LPS.
- The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies.
Bidding Process
- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national bidding method contained in the Public Procurement Act and is open to all bidders.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address provided in section 8(a) from 09:00 am to 4:00 pm.
- The bidding document, in English, may be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of a written application to the address provided in section 8(b) and payment of a non-refundable fee of M400. The method of payment will be bank transfer.
Submission of Bids
- Bids must be delivered to the address provided in section 8(c) at or before 10:00 am (local time) on 04 August 2026.
- All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration.
- Bid securities must be valid until 13 January 2027.
- Late bids shall be rejected.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address provided in section 8(d) at 10:30 am (local time) on 04 August 2026.
Pre-Bid Meeting
- A pre-bid meeting shall be held at Lesotho Postal Services.
