Tender Title
Supply and Delivery of New Vehicles for MICSTI – MICSTI/310/O/GD/2026/27/04
Background
- The Ministry of Information, Communications, Science, Technology and Innovation (MICSTI) has received funds from the Government of Lesotho (GOL) to be used for the acquisition of new vehicles for MICSTI.
- The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies.
Bidding Process
- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national bidding method contained in the Public Procurement Act and is open to all bidders.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given in section 8(a) from 09:00 am to 4:00 pm.
- The bidding document, in English, may be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of a written application to the address provided in section 8(b) and payment of a non-refundable fee of M400. The method of payment will be bank transfer.
Submission of Bids
- Bids must be delivered to the address provided in section 8(c) at or before 10:00 am (local time) on 04 August 2026.
- All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration.
- Bid securities must be valid until 13 January 2027.
- Late bids shall be rejected.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address provided in section 8(d) at 10:30 am (local time) on 04 August 2026.
Pre-Bid Meeting
- A pre-bid meeting shall be held at Lesotho Postal Services.
