Overview
The Kingdom of Lesotho has received financing from the World Bank toward the implementation of the Public Sector Foundations for Service Delivery Project.
Part of the proceeds will be used for payments under the contract for the supply and delivery of IT equipment to establish a recovery site that will strengthen the business continuity of identity systems.
For this contract, payments will be made using the Direct Payment disbursement method in accordance with the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing, except where payments are made through a letter of credit.

The Ministry of Finance and Development Planning, through the Public Sector Foundations for Service Delivery Project, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of IT equipment as outlined below.

Procurement Method
Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using the Request for Bids (RFB) method, in accordance with the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (September 2023).

- Late submissions will be rejected
