Tender Title: Supply and Delivery of Information, Education and Communication (IEC) Material and Installation and Commissioning of Network Attached Storage (NAS) for the 2026 Population and Housing Census
1. Introduction
The Ministry of Finance and Development Planning (MoFDP), through the Bureau of Statistics (BOS), has received funding from the Government of Lesotho (GoL) for the acquisition of IEC materials and Network Attached Storage (NAS) equipment. These resources will support the planning and implementation of the 2026 Population and Housing Census (PHC), which aims to provide comprehensive data on the socio-economic and housing characteristics of the population.
2. Scope of Tender
The Ministry invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of IEC materials and NAS for the 2026 PHC.

- Lots: The ITT comprises two lots; bidders may bid for one or both lots

- Fee: M1,500.00 (non-refundable)

4. Bid Security
All bids must be accompanied by a Tender Security equal to 1% of the bid price.
