Tender Notice – Supply and Delivery of Information Communication Technology (ICT) Equipment

Revenue Services Lesotho (RSL) invites interested and qualified suppliers and companies to submit proposals for the Supply and Delivery of Information Communication Technology (ICT) Equipment.
The successful bidder must be ready to provide the required goods and services upon award of the tender. Prospective bidders must have a proven track record and be licensed to provide services of this nature.
Mandatory Submission Requirements
Bidders must submit certified copies of the following documents:
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate.
- Company Registration Licence.
- Shareholding Certificate.
- Most recent annual financial statements.
These documents will be used by RSL to assess the bidder’s financial strength and capability to carry out the assignment.
Note: Bids submitted without the required minimum documentation will be disqualified.

The detailed Request for Proposal (RFP), containing all requirements and specifications, will be available upon request via email from:

Terms and Conditions
- Tender documents are available upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of M500.00.
- Prices quoted must be in Maloti/Rand and must include all applicable taxes and duties.
- Bids must be submitted no later than 12:00 on 15 September 2026. Bid opening will take place on the same day at 12:30.
- Late submissions will not be accepted.
- Non-electronic tenders will not be accepted.
- Bidders must comply with the tender packaging and labelling requirements contained in the RFP. Failure to comply will result in disqualification.
