TENDER NOTICE
TENDER REF. NO: NA TENDER NO.1 OF 2025/26
Tenders are invited from legally registered and suitably qualified companies and suppliers for supply and delivery of DESKTOP (Lot 1) and LAPTOP (Lot 2) for the National Assembly.
Tender documents will be obtained from the Procurement Office, National Assembly of Lesotho, Parliament Building, during office hours at a non-refundable fee of Two Thousand Five Hundred Maloti only (M2500.00) from Tuesday, 11th June 2025.
The deadline for submission of tenders is Tuesday, 23rd July 2025 at 10:00 hrs. The opening of tenders shall take place on the same day at 10:00 a.m. at the National Assembly’s boardroom in the presence of the bidders or their representatives.
TIMETABLE
The tender process will be guided by the following indicative dates:

Sealed tenders should be clearly marked:
“NATIONAL ASSEMBLY TENDER NO.1 OF 2025/26 – SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DESKTOP LOT 1 AND LAPTOP LOT 2”.
All prices must include 15.00% VAT.
LATE TENDERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
