Supply and Delivery of Computers
Lerotholi Polytechnic hereby invites locally registered, eligible companies to submit bids for the supply and delivery of computers.
Tender Documents
Interested bidders may request bidding documents from the Procurement Office at a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Maloti (LSL 500.00).

- Tenders will be issued via email ONLY
- No hard copies will be issued
Submission Requirements
- Completed tender documents must be submitted in sealed envelopes
- Envelopes must bear no identification of the tenderer
- Clearly mark:
“Tender No. LP/ADM/01/2026 For Supply and Delivery of Computers” - Submissions must be deposited in the:
Tender Box, Administration II Foyer - Deadline: Friday, 26 June 2026 at 12:30 PM
Tender Opening
- Tenders will be opened on the same date at 14:00 Hrs
- Venue: Administration I Block Conference Room
- Tenderers or their representatives may attend
Bid Security
- All bids must be accompanied by a bid security equal to 5% of the bid amount

- Valid Trader’s Licence
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
- Certificate of Incorporation (where applicable)
- VAT Registration Certificate (where applicable)
