The Ministry of Education and Training (MoET) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Supply and Delivery of 2,880 Tablets under Component 1.1 of the Lesotho Education Improvement Project (LEIP).
The project is financed by the World Bank, and procurement will be conducted in accordance with the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (February 2025, Sixth Edition) through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) method.

Eligibility:
- Bidding is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the World Bank Procurement Regulations.

Bid Security:
- A Bank Guarantee of LSL 200,000.00 (Two Hundred Thousand Maloti) is required.
- The bid security must be submitted using the prescribed form contained in the bidding document.
