Supply and Commissioning of a Binding Machine

Invitation
The Ministry of Law and Justice has been allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of a binding machine for the Department of Government Printing and Stationery.
The Ministry invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above goods.
Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the Open National Competitive Tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement Act 2023 and the Regulations made under the Act, and reserved under Section 78(1) of the Act.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address provided below under Section 8(a), from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm.
The bidding document, prepared in English, may be purchased by interested bidders at the address provided under Section 8(b) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of M2,000.00. Payment must be made in cash at the Accounts Office, Government Printing and Stationery, from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm only, between 23rd July and 26th August 2026.
The payment receipt must be presented to the Procurement Unit Office, Government Printing and Stationery.
Bid Submission
Bids must be delivered to the address indicated under Section 8(c) on or before 10:00 am on 26th August 2026.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security equal to 2% of the bid price, expressed as a fixed amount and not with decimal points.
The bid security must remain valid until 18th December 2026.
Late bids will be rejected.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address indicated under Section 8(d) at 10:30 am on 26th August 2026.
Pre-Bid Meeting
There shall not be a pre-bid meeting or site visit.
