Supply and Delivery of Two Multifunctional Printing Machines for SOS-CV YEET and NCO
Introduction
SOS Children’s Villages Lesotho intends to embark on a third phase of the YEET project located in Leribe. It is for this reason that it calls for competent service providers to provide YEET and NCO with two multifunctional printing machines to enable the process of giving young people a second chance in building enough skills capacity to explore economic opportunities.
Issuance and Submission of Bids
Tender documents are available at the SOS Children’s Villages Procurement office or NCO reception at five hundred Maluti (M500.00) from Monday, 28 April 2025 until Monday, 19 May 2025. All tenders will be opened on Monday, 19 May 2025 at 16:00 hours at SOS Children’s Villages Maseru Boardroom.
- Technical proposal: One (1) original and four (4) hard copies in an envelope marked “Supply and Delivery of Two Multifunctional Printing Machines for SOS-CV YEET and NCO.“
- Financial proposal: One (1) original in a sealed envelope marked “Supply and Delivery of Two Multifunctional Printing Machines for SOS-CV YEET and NCO” and shall bear the names and address of the bidder.
- Both technical and financial proposals must be in separate envelopes that shall be enclosed in one sealed envelope bearing no identification of the bidder, marked “Supply and Delivery of Two Multifunctional Printing Machines for SOS-CV YEET and NCO” and shall bear the names and address of the bidder.
All requests for clarifications on this tender must be addressed to the Procurement office, Maseru 100, not later than 16:00 hours, 15th May 2025.
