BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN COMPETITIVE TENDERING
Tender for provision of security services for Ramarothole Solar Plant Mafeteng
LEGCO/SS/01/2026-2027/
- The Lesotho Electricity Generation Company has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of provision of security services for Ramarothole Solar Plant Mafeteng.
- The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above non-consultancy services.
- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national bidding procedures contained in the Public Procurement Act and is open to all bidders.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 8:30 a.m to 16:00 p.m.
- The Bidding Documents may be obtained by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(b).
- Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before 25th February 2026. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Five Thousand Maloti (M5 000.00). Bid securities must be valid until 22th June 2026. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) at 11:30 a.m on 25th February 2026.
- There shall a compulsory site visit at ha Ramarothole at 10:30 a.m. on the dates indicated in the proposed schedule in this notice.
