Repairs and Maintenance of Radio and Television Studios Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) Units – MICSTI/310/O/SS/2026/27/03
Overview
- The MICSTI has received funds from the Government of Lesotho (GOL) to be used for the acquisition of repairs and maintenance of radio and television studios Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) units.
- The entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above services.
- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national bidding method contained in the Public Procurement Act and is open to all bidders.
Bidding Information
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address provided in section 8(a), from 09:00 to 16:00.
- The bidding document, in English, may be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of a written application to the address in section 8(b) and payment of a non-refundable fee of M400. The method of payment will be bank transfer.
Submission of Bids
- Bids must be delivered to the address provided in section 8(c) on or before 10:00 (local time) on 06 July 2026.
- All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration.
- Bid securities must be valid until 21 December 2026.
- Late bids shall be rejected.
- Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address in section 8(d) at 10:30 (local time) on 06 July 2026.
Mandatory Site Visit
- There shall be a mandatory site visit at LNBS and Parliament of Lesotho premises.
