Bid Notice under Open Competitive Tendering
Tender Reference: MOFDP-PMU/MAINIC/-2026
The Ministry of Finance and Development Planning – Project Management Unit has received funding from the Global Fund in the fight against HIV, AIDS and Tuberculosis in Lesotho to acquire repair, service and maintenance of incinerators.
The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above works.
Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures contained in the Public Procurement Act and the Regulations made under the Act and is open to all eligible bidders.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address below at 8(a) from 08:00hrs to 17:00hrs.

Bid Submission and Opening
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 3 November 2026 at 10:00hrs.
All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration valid until 23 April 2027. Late bids shall be rejected.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend on 3 November 2026 at 10:15hrs.
