TENDER NOTICE
The National University of Lesotho (NUL) invites registered and qualified building contractors to submit a firm proposal for the renovation of existing structures and the construction of a new extension specifically designed as a patient waiting area at the Senkatana Oncology Clinic.
Mandatory Requirements
Bidders are required to submit the following primary documents. Failure to provide any of these will result in disqualification:
a. Certified copies of:
- Valid Certificate of Incorporation
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
b. Registration with the Lesotho Ministry of Public Works (Category C)
c. Bid Security: M50,000.00
d. Audited Financial Statements
e. Proof of Purchase of Tender Document

Detailed RFP documents are obtainable from the NUL Procurement Office, Roma at a non‑refundable fee of M1,000.00, payable into the University account as follows:

Alternatively, prospective bidders may email proof of payment to [email protected], after which the tender document will be emailed to them.
Compulsory Site Visit and Briefing
A compulsory site visit and briefing session will be held as follows:
- Date: Tuesday, 12th May 2026
- Venue: Senkatana Oncology Clinic, Maseru
- Time: 10:30 am
Submission of Bids
- Tender documents must be deposited into the Tender Box located at the NUL Procurement Office, Roma
- Closing Date: Thursday, 28th May 2026
- Closing Time: 12:00 hrs (noon)
Bid Opening
- Bid opening will take place on the same day at 12:15 hrs
- Venue: Campus Services Boardroom
- Interested bidders are invited to attend
- Only one representative per bidder will be allowed to attend
Validity of Proposals
Tender proposals must remain valid for 120 days from the closing date.
