About the Tender
The Ministry of Education and Training invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the removal of the existing security/diamond mesh fence and trees, and the replacement of the fence with steel hot-dipped galvanised commercial palisade fencing covering a total length of 302 metres.
The project is funded through the SSU Revolving Fund. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open National Bidding Method under the Public Procurement Act 2023 and is open to all eligible bidders.

The deadline for submission is 18 December 2026 at 10:00 AM. Late bids will be rejected.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of M5,000 or a bid-securing declaration. Bid securities or declarations must remain valid until 26 February 2027.
Bids will be opened on 18 December 2026 at 10:30 AM at the submission address, in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.
