Tender Notice: Rehabilitation of Truck Lane at Maseru Bridge

Revenue Services Lesotho (RSL) invites suitably qualified, experienced, and eligible contractors to bid for the refurbishment, heavy rehabilitation, and associated upgrading works on the designated heavy vehicle and truck lane at Maseru Bridge.
To be considered for this contract, bidders must hold and provide proof of a valid Roads Directorate Contractor Categorisation Certificate in Category A or B.
Eligibility Requirements
Bidders must submit certified copies of the following:
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate.
- Company Registration Certificate.
- Shareholding Certificate.
- Recent annual financial statements demonstrating financial and operational capability.
- Valid Roads Directorate Contractor Categorisation Certificate (Category A or B).
Bids submitted without the required minimum documentation will be disqualified.
Request for Proposal (RFP)
The detailed Request for Proposal (RFP), outlining all requirements and specifications, will be available upon request via email from 9 July 2026 at 15:00.

Terms and Conditions
- Tender documents will be available from 9 July 2026 to 2 August 2026 upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of M500.00.
- Mandatory site visits may only be attended by bidders who have paid for and obtained the tender documents.
- Prices quoted in bids must be in Maloti/Rand and must include all applicable taxes and duties.
- Bids must be submitted no later than 12:00 hours on 3 September 2026.
- Bid opening will take place on 3 September 2026 at 12:30 hours.
- Tenders received after the closing deadline will not be accepted.
- Non-electronic tenders will not be accepted.
- Tender packaging and labelling requirements contained in the RFP must be strictly adhered to. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.
