1. Instructions to Bidders or Tenderers
1.1 All tenderers or bidders who intend to submit a bid are expected to specify the lot they are bidding for together with its price.

Tender or Bid Documents and detailed specifications are obtainable at M500.00 only.
2.2 Availability of Documents
Documents can be obtained during office hours:
• 8:30 a.m. – 12:45 p.m.
• 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
From March 12, 2026, at the Ministry’s 3rd Floor Procurement Offices.
