Tender Title
Provision of Cleaning Services – LPPA/NCS/L0001
Introduction
The Lesotho Public Procurement Authority (LPPA) has received funds from the Government to be used for the acquisition of cleaning services at the LPPA Corporate Offices.
The Authority invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above non-consultancy services.
Bidding Method
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with open National Competitive Bidding procedures contained in the Public Procurement Act and is open to all eligible bidders.
Access to Bidding Documents
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address provided below during working hours:

The bidding documents may be purchased upon submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of LSL 500.00.
Submission of Bids
Bids must be delivered to the address provided below at or before:
10:15 Hrs, 19 June 2026
- All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 1% of the bid price.
- Bids must be valid until 15 May 2026.
- Late bids shall be rejected.
Bid Opening
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at:
10:30 Hrs, 19 June 2026, at the address indicated below.
Pre-Bid Meeting / Site Visit
A pre-bid meeting/site visit will be held at the LPPA Corporate Offices on the date indicated in the procurement schedule below.
