Tender Title
Provision of Cleaning Services at LNBS – MICSTI/310/O/SS/2026/27/02
Overview
- The MICSTI has received funds from the Government of Lesotho (GOL) to be used for the acquisition of cleaning services at LNBS premises.
- The entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above services.
- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national bidding method contained in the Public Procurement Act and is open to all bidders.
Bidding Information
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address provided in section 8(a), from 09:00 to 16:00.
- The bidding document, in English, may be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of a written application to the address in section 8(b) and payment of a non-refundable fee of M400. The method of payment will be cash or bank transfer.
Submission of Bids
- Bids must be delivered to the address provided in section 8(c) on or before 10:00 (local time) on 06 July 2026.
- All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration.
- The Bid Securing Declaration must be valid until 21 December 2026.
- Late bids shall be rejected.
- Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address in section 8(d) at 10:30 (local time) on 06 July 2026.
Mandatory Site Visit
- There shall be a mandatory site visit at LNBS premises.
