Overview
The Lesotho Communications Authority (LCA) invites tenders from suitably qualified local service providers to submit bids in response to the Request for Proposals (RFP) for the provision and installation of network equipment for the Wi-Fi project at the following three institutions of higher learning:
- Lesotho College of Education (Thaba-Tseka Campus)
- Lerotholi Polytechnic (Matsieng Campus)
- Maluti Adventist College of Nursing (Mapoteng)
Mandatory Site Visits
Mandatory site visits shall be held on the following dates:

Site Visit Requirements
- Registration will start 20 minutes before each site visit time and close one minute before the respective site visit time shown above.
- All interested bidders must bring company identification or a letter confirming that they are authorised to represent the company.
- Failure to produce the required document shall lead to disqualification.
Tender Submission Requirements
Sealed tender envelopes must be marked:
“PROVISION AND INSTALLATION OF NETWORK EQUIPMENT FOR WI-FI PROJECT – LOT NUMBER – Institution’s Name”
Bidders must specify the lot number and institution’s name. For example:
“Provision and Installation of Network Equipment for Wi-Fi Project – LOT 1 – LCE”
Submission Deadline
Monday, 30 November 2026 at 11:00 hours.
Tender submissions must be delivered to the LCA offices and placed in the tender box located on the first floor.
Late submissions shall not be accepted.
Bid Opening
Opening of bid documents will take place on Monday, 30 November 2026 at 11:15 hours at the LCA premises.
Interested bidders are invited to attend the bid opening.
