Moruo Developments invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit tenders for the internal renovation of three (3) ablution blocks with a combined area of approximately 234 m² located within Pioneer Mall, Maseru, Lesotho.
The works include:
- Full tile replacement
- Sanitary fixture upgrades
- Partition reconfiguration
- Accessible toilet redesign
- Associated builder’s works

Collection of Tender Documents
Tender documents must be collected from the Pioneer Mall Management Office before 26 June 2026.
Note: Tenders obtained from illegitimate sources will be disregarded.
Eligibility Criteria — Mandatory Submission Requirements
All tenderers must submit the following documents. Incomplete submissions will be disqualified.
1. Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC)
- A valid and current Tax Clearance Certificate confirming compliance with all tax obligations
- The certificate must remain valid for the entire tender evaluation period
2. BDS Registration — Grade B
- Valid registration certificate with Building Design Services (BDS)
- Minimum requirement: Grade B or higher
3. Company Profile with Similar Works
A comprehensive company profile must include:
- Company registration details, directors’ information, and contact details
- At least three (3) completed projects of similar scope
- For each project:
- Project value
- Client name
- Contactable reference
- Supporting evidence such as photographs or completion certificates (where available)
Submission Details
- Closing date: Friday, 26 June 2026 at 10:00 AM
- Submission method: Hard copy in a sealed envelope
The envelope must be clearly marked:
“PROPOSED RENOVATION AND ALTERATIONS OF ABLUTIONS AT PIONEER MALL”
and include Tender Reference No. ABR2026/01
