1. Background
The Lesotho Highlands Water Project (LHWP) is a multi-billion Maloti/Rand bi-national initiative established under the 1986 treaty between the Kingdom of Lesotho and the Republic of South Africa. The project encompasses large-scale civil engineering, socio-economic development, public health, and environmental disciplines.
The Lesotho Highlands Development Authority (LHDA), as the implementing agency, invites proposals for the provision of professional services for resettlement planning and implementation related to the Polihali Feeder Roads and Bridges.
