TENDER NOTICE: PROCUREMENT OF INSURANCE SERVICES

Lesotho Electricity Company (PTY) LTD (LEC) invites interested and qualified entities to submit bids for the Procurement of Insurance Services, under Quality Cost Based Selection. All interested bidders must have a proven track record and must be licensed to provide services of this nature.
All bidders must attach copies of a valid Tax Clearance Certificate and Company Registration Licence or equivalent. Bids submitted without these documents will be disqualified.
The full Request for Bids (RFB), indicating all requirements and specifications, may be collected from the address stated below. All RFBs will be sent to suppliers by email or provided in hard copy after payment of the commitment fee. The contact persons listed below may be used for assistance.
Conditions
• Tender documents will be available at a non-refundable fee of M1,000.00 (One Thousand Maloti only).
• The price quoted must be in Maloti/Rand and include all applicable taxes and duties.
• Bids may be submitted in any of the official languages of Lesotho.
• Late submissions, telegraphic, faxed, or electronic bids will not be accepted.
• Detailed tender packaging and labelling requirements in the RFB must be strictly followed to avoid disqualification.
