TENDER NOTICE: PROCUREMENT OF FIRE EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES

Lesotho Electricity Company (PTY) LTD (LEC) invites interested and qualified entities to submit bids for the Procurement of Fire Equipment and Services, under Quality Cost Based Selection. All bidders must demonstrate a proven track record and must be licensed to provide goods of this nature.
All bidders must attach copies of a valid Tax Clearance Certificate and a Company Registration Licence or equivalent. Bids submitted without these documents will be disqualified.
The full Request for Bids (RFB), indicating all requirements and specifications, may be collected from the address listed below. All RFBs will be sent to suppliers by email or provided in hard copy after payment of the required commitment fee. The listed contacts may be used for assistance.
Conditions
• Tender documents will be available at a non-refundable fee of M1,000.00 (One Thousand Maloti only).
• The price quoted must be in Maloti/Rand and include all applicable taxes and duties.
• Bids may be submitted in any of the official languages of Lesotho.
• Late submissions, telegraphic, faxed, or electronic tenders will not be accepted.
• All tender packaging and labelling requirements in the RFB must be strictly followed; failure to do so will result in disqualification.
