Overview
The Revenue Services Lesotho (RSL) invites interested and qualified suppliers to submit proposals for:
- Upgrade of Oracle Virtualization Manager (OVM) environment
- Expansion (scale-out) of compute infrastructure
Eligibility Requirements
All bidders must meet the following mandatory criteria:
- Must be authorized Oracle Partners (Gold level or higher)
- Must provide proof of:
- Current Oracle Partner Network (OPN) membership
- Oracle competencies/specialisations (software and hardware)
- All proposed solutions must be supported by official Oracle technical support
Mandatory Submission Documents
Bidders must submit the following:
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
- Company registration documents/licence
- Shareholding certificates
- Most recent annual financial statements
- Verifiable Oracle partnership certification or official confirmation letter
Note: Failure to submit these documents will result in automatic disqualification.

- Non-refundable fee: M500.00
Key Terms and Conditions
- Prices must be quoted in Maloti/Rand, inclusive of all taxes and duties
- Only electronic submissions are accepted (non-electronic bids will be rejected)
- Packaging, formatting, and labelling requirements must strictly follow the RFP
