Bid Notice Under Open Competitive Bidding
Project: Maintenance (Paving) – Mafeteng Magistrate Court
Bid Reference: Jud/005/2026–2027
Background
- The Judiciary has been allocated funds from the Government of Lesotho for the acquisition of Maintenance Works (Paving) at Mafeteng Magistrate Court.
- The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible Category C and D bidders for the provision of the above works.
- Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the Open National Bidding method contained in the Public Procurement Act and the Regulations made under the Act. The bidding process is open and competitive to all eligible bidders.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address indicated under Section 8(a), from 09:00 to 16:00.
- The bidding document, prepared in the English language, may be purchased by interested bidders from the address indicated under Section 8(b) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of M500.00. Payment shall be made in cash.
- Bids must be delivered to the address indicated under Section 8(c) on or before 10:00 a.m. on 28 August 2026.
- All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of M18,263.00.
- Bid securities must remain valid until 31 March 2027.
- Late bids will be rejected.
- Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address indicated under Section 8(d) at 10:30 a.m. on 28 August 2026.
- There shall be a compulsory site visit at Mafeteng Magistrate Court on the date indicated in the procurement schedule under Section 9(b).
