Tender Notice
Letseng Diamonds hereby invites suitably qualified and experienced Basotho owned and locally registered service providers to submit tenders for the provision of the following services:
LOGISTICS AND WAREHOUSING SERVICES
Scope of Services
The successful bidder will be expected to provide comprehensive logistics and warehousing services from Gauteng to Lesotho which may include but not limited to:
- Fully equipped warehousing facilities meeting minimum space, security, and material-handling requirements
- Management of inbound and outbound logistics
- Fleet capacity sufficient to meet Letseng’s operational demands
- Goods-in-transit controls and insurance
- Inventory handling and storage
- Compliance with legal and regulatory standards
- Ability to provide supporting documentation for due diligence and adjudication

Mandatory Submission Requirements
Bidders will be required to submit with their tender submission, amongst others:
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
- Valid Trader’s Licence / Business Identification Card
- Proof of company ownership / shareholding
- Gross-Border Transit Permit (where applicable)
- Completed Letseng Due Diligence Questionnaire
- Audited Financial Statements
- Proof of warehouse facility (minimum 250m²)
- Fleet ownership documentation
- Goods-in-transit insurance
Mandatory documents are only required upon submission of Tender Forms.

Disclaimer
Only service providers who have requested tender documents through [email protected] will be responded to. Tender documents will be issued to service providers within 48 hours from time of request and no tender documents will be issued to service providers requesting documents outside of the available and closing dates of tender requests.
