TENDER NOTICE
ITT No: LNDC-PDM-2025001
The Lesotho National Development Corporation (LNDC) invites sealed tenders from qualified and registered Elevator Installation Service providers, both local and international, for the removal of the existing elevator and supply and installation of a new elevator at LNDC Centre in Maseru, Lesotho.
Tender Document
Interested and eligible service providers may obtain the tender documents by paying a non-refundable fee of two thousand Maloti (LSL2,000.00) directly to the LNDC bank account and submit proof of payment at the Finance Office at LNDC Development House Block A, Level 6.
Site Visit and Pre-Bid Session
A COMPULSORY site visit and pre-bid session (briefing) will be held on:
- Date: Thursday, 24th July 2025
- Time: 14:30 hrs
- Venue: LNDC Development House Block A, Level 7 (Audio Visual Room)
Submission Details
Tenders must be deposited in the tender box situated at the 1st Floor of LNDC Development House, Block A Reception area on or before:
- Deadline: Thursday, 21st August 2025 at 10:00 hrs (Lesotho Time)
- Opening: The tender box will be opened publicly immediately thereafter
- Note: Submissions received after the deadline will not be considered
Mandatory Documents
All tenders must be accompanied by:
- Valid copies of traders’ licence
- Tax clearance certificate
- Proof of authorized signatory
Additional Information
A Margin of Preference will be applicable as per the LNDC Procurement Policy.
The LNDC reserves the right to cancel the tender, reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof. The LNDC is not bound to accept the lowest or any bid.
