Lefikeng to Kofi Annan Road via Tsoapo-Le-Bolila Road Comprehensive Engineering Investigations and Design
Reference: MCC/RD/CST/LKT/01/2025
- The Maseru City Council has allocated funds from the Government of Lesotho (Road Fund) to be used for the Lefikeng to Kofi Annan Road via Tsoapo-Le-Bolila Road Comprehensive Engineering Investigations and Design project.
- The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above services.
- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open International Bidding method contained in the Public Procurement Act, 2023, and is open to all eligible bidders.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given in Section 8(a) from 27 November 2025 during office hours.
- Bidders may obtain soft-copy bidding documents at no cost (upon acquiring a valid Maseru City Council Municipal Clearance Certificate) when purchasing a hard copy from:

Hard copy documents are available for a non-refundable fee of LSL 2,000.00, between 09:00 and 16:30, business days from 27 November 2025.
Payment Method: Cash / Card / Mobile Money (EFT / Ecocash / Mpesa) at MCC cashier.
- Bids must be deposited in the tender box at the address below in Section 8(c) on or before 22 January 2026.
All bids must include a Bid Securing Declaration valid until 27 May 2026.
Late bids will be rejected.
Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below in Section 8(d) at 09:15 a.m. on the same day.
- A pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held on 11 December 2025 at 08:30 a.m. — details in the proposed schedule below.
