Invitation to Bid
Water and Sewerage Company (WASCO) invites interested and qualified entities to submit proposals for the Installation of New Water Connections. All bidders must have a proven track record and be licensed to provide services of this nature.
Mandatory Requirements
All bidders must attach:
- Certified copies of valid Tax Clearance Certificates
- Certified copies of Company Registration Licences
Bids without these documents will be disqualified.

Conditions
- Prices must be quoted in Lesotho Loti (LSL) and include all applicable taxes and duties
- Bids must be submitted in English
- Late, telegraphic, faxed, or electronic submissions will not be accepted
- Packaging and labelling requirements in the RFB must be strictly followed
- All tenders must be delivered and deposited in the tender box at:
