The Lesotho Communications Authority (LCA) invites suitably qualified local service providers to submit bids for the Provision and Installation of Network Equipment for Wi-Fi Projects in Thirteen (13) Police Stations.
Mandatory Site Visits
All interested bidders are required to attend the mandatory site visits according to the schedule below.

Important Notes
- Registration will begin 20 minutes before each site visit and close 1 minute before the scheduled start time.
- All interested bidders must bring:
- Company identification; or
- A letter authorising them to represent the company.
- Failure to produce the required documentation will result in disqualification.
Tender Submission
Sealed tender envelopes clearly marked:
“Tender for the Provision and Installation of Network Equipment for Wi-Fi Projects for Thirteen Police Stations – Lot Number and the Name(s) of the Police Station(s) Tendered For”
must be submitted on or before:
- Date: Wednesday, 9 September 2026
- Time: 11:00 a.m.
Submission should be made to the Tender Box located on the First Floor of the Lesotho Communications Authority Offices.
Late submissions will not be accepted.
Bid Opening
- Date: Wednesday, 9 September 2026
- Time: 1:15 p.m.
- Venue: Lesotho Communications Authority (LCA) Offices
Only one representative per bidder may attend the bid opening.
