INVITATION TO TENDER NO: 9 OF 2019/2020
The Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security invites sealed tenders from eligible bidders to supply, Install and configure a PABX System at MAFS Head Quarters.
2. Tender Issuance and Submission
Tender documents are available at the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security (Procurement Unit) at non-refundable fee of M2000.00 (two thousand maloti) from Tuesday, 24 September, 2019 until, Tuesday 5 November, 2019. Tender document is payable at cash at the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security Head Quarters, Accounts office, 80 Constitution Roads, Maseru. Receipt issued by Accounts, must be submitted to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security Procurement Unit for collection of the Tender Document.
Bid responses from competent bidders must be submitted in one (1) original and four (4) hard copies to the Ministry`s Tender Box situated at the Ministry of Agriculture Administration Building Ground Floor., not later than 12:30 afternoon, 5 November, 2019. The Bid documents must be in a sealed envelope bearing no identification of bidder marked “Tender No 9 of 2019/2020, SUPPLY OF PABX SYSTEM”.
All tenders will be opened on Tuesday 5 November, 2019 at 14:00 hours at the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security Boardroom.
Interested bidders are expected to come for site Inspection on Friday 11 October, 2019 Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security Head Quarters at 10am.
