INVITATION TO TENDER NUMBER 10 OF 2025/2026
The Ministry of Finance and Development Planning invites tenders from relevant registered companies to supply five thousand (5000) branded acid-free archive boxes.
The boxes are used to store archived Government records at the Government Records Centre.

Requirements
Bidders are expected to provide the following in the order given:
a) Correct number of responses (one original and four copies).
b) Company profile.
c) Copies of Trader’s License and Tax Clearance certified at source.
d) Bid security.
e) Tender price should include VAT (where applicable).
f) Delivery schedule (lead time).
1. Tender Issuance and Submissions
All bidders must deposit one original and five copies in the tender box at:
Finance House, 3rd Floor, Government Complex
Deadline:
- 09 December 2025, on or before 12:00hrs
Opening of Tenders:
- 09 December 2025 at 14:30hrs
- Venue: 3rd Floor, Ministry of Finance Tender Board Room
Tenders must be clearly marked:
“Tender for supply of branded acid free archive boxes to the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning”
