TENDER FOR SUPPLY, INSTALLATION & SERVICING OF FIRE EQUIPMENT AT LEC PREMISES

The Lesotho Electricity Company (Pty) Ltd (LEC) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for SUPPLY, INSTALLATION & SERVICING OF FIRE
EQUIPMENT
1. The Tendering companies MUST have the following documents:
• Company Registration Certificate
• Tax Clearance Certificate
• Traders License
2. Purchasing the document and Bid Security:
The tenderer shall be expected to pay M2, 000.00 (Two Thousand Maloti only) for purchase of the document and M10, 000.00 (Ten Thousand Maloti only) for bid security. The bid security must be in the form of a Bank guaranteed cheque.
There will be a compulsory site visit at LEC Training centre, Headquarters on 03th March, 2020 at 10:00 hrs.
Sealed Bids clearly marked “SUPPLY, INSTALLATION & SERVICING OF FIRE EQUIPMENT” bearing no identification of the bidder, must be deposited into the tender box located at LEC Management Office Block Reception, Headquarters, on or before 19th March, 2020 at 12:00hrs. Bids will be opened on the same day immediately following closure, in the presence of bidders or their representatives who will choose to attend.
