The Road Fund wishes to request quotations for the Supply and Installation of Service Management Software, according to the following solution requirements:

ITSM Software Core Requirements
 Service Desk function
 Service Level Management
 Incident Management
 Service Portfolio and Catalogue
 Request Fulfilment
 Change Management
 Configuration and asset management
 Comprehensive Reporting platform including dashboards
 Self Service capability
 Active Directory Integration
 Annual Subscription licensing plan, 5 Agents (2 concurrent and 4 Named)

Additional requirements include the following
 ITSM tool administration and end user Training;
 ITSM tool Setup and Configuration, including early life support;
 Supply and implementation schedule;
 Demonstration and presentation shall be required as part of solution suitability assessment.


Tendering requirements:
Bidders are expected to adhere to the following requirements:

I. Bidders must be complaint with their tax obligations, hence a valid Company/ Tax Clearance certified at source must be submitted;
II. A copy of a valid Trader’s Licence, which is certified at source must be submitted;
III. Sealed bids clearly marked “Tender for Supply and Installation of ITSM Software” bearing no identification of the bidding company should be deposited in the tender box located at the reception area of the Road Fund Office on or before 30th
November 2021 before or at 13.00hrs. Tenders shall be opened at 14.30hrs on the same day 30th November 2021, in the presence
of bidder’s representatives.
