The Judiciary of Lesotho invites bids from eligible and qualified tenderers for the supply and delivery of office furniture and non-office equipment to the Southern Division of the High Court in Mohale’s Hoek.

- Lot 2: Non-Office Equipment
Tenderers may bid for one or both lots.

Mandatory Submission Requirements
- Valid and certified Trader’s Licence
- Valid and certified Tax Clearance Certificate
- Certificate of Bonafide Tendering
- Memorandum and Articles of Association
- Audited Company Accounts for 2023/2024 and 2024/2025
Qualification Criteria

- Technical and financial capability
- Evidence of acceptable after-sales support
- Proven service record
- Margin of preference in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, 2023
